How do I return an item?

Original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
 We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days.
After 14 calendar days, at our sole discretion, we will offer an exchange or store credit based on the following: Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition: • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way • within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
 • must not be a special order or custom order If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.
 Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us in error will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be accepted. Shipping charges on any items returned at customer's discretion for exchange (through no responsibilty of bella of Cape Cod or its employees) will not be refunded.
 Additional standard shipping charges will apply for non-defective merchandise exchanges/returns. A return shipping address will be provided through email; ALL returns must include a copy of the email approving return. Thank you.
